2. HOSTING UND AUSLIEFERUNG
Diese Website wird von Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) bereitgestellt. Beim Aufruf verarbeitet Cloudflare technisch notwendige Daten (IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene Adresse, Browser- und Geräteinformationen), um die Website auszuliefern und vor Angriffen zu schützen. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einer sicheren und funktionierenden Website). Cloudflare ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert; mit Cloudflare besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung.

3. REICHWEITENMESSUNG (CLOUDFLARE WEB ANALYTICS)
Wir nutzen Cloudflare Web Analytics, um zu sehen, wie oft die Website besucht wird. Es werden keine Cookies gesetzt, keine Daten im Browser gespeichert und keine Nutzerprofile erstellt; ausgewertet werden nur zusammengefasste Werte (z. B. Seitenaufrufe, Herkunftsland, Gerätetyp). Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

4. SCHUTZ VOR MISSBRAUCH (CLOUDFLARE TURNSTILE)
Das Anmeldeformular für den Newsletter ist mit Cloudflare Turnstile vor automatisierten Anmeldungen (Bots) geschützt. Dabei werden technische Merkmale des Browsers und die IP-Adresse an Cloudflare übermittelt. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Schutz vor Spam und Missbrauch).

5. NEWSLETTER (BREVO)
Wenn du dich für unseren Newsletter anmeldest, speichern wir deine E-Mail-Adresse sowie Zeitpunkt der Anmeldung und der Bestätigung. Die Anmeldung erfolgt im Double-Opt-in-Verfahren: Du erhältst eine E-Mail mit einem Link, über den du die Anmeldung bestätigst. Der Versand erfolgt über Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, Frankreich), mit dem ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung besteht; die Daten werden in der EU verarbeitet. Brevo kann erfassen, ob ein Newsletter geöffnet und welche Links angeklickt wurden, damit wir unsere Mails verbessern können. Rechtsgrundlage: deine Einwilligung, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Du kannst sie jederzeit widerrufen – über den Abmeldelink in jeder Mail oder per E-Mail an info@rapsodica.eu. Danach wird deine Adresse gelöscht bzw. gesperrt.

6. KONTAKT PER E-MAIL
Wenn du uns an eine Adresse @rapsodica.eu schreibst, wird die Nachricht über Cloudflare Email Routing an ein Postfach bei Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland) weitergeleitet und dort gespeichert. Wir verarbeiten deine Angaben nur, um deine Anfrage zu beantworten, und löschen sie, wenn sie nicht mehr benötigt werden. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b bzw. f DSGVO.

7. AUFNAHMEN UNSERER SETS (SOUNDCLOUD)
Im 3D-Raum kannst du am DJ-Pult unsere aufgenommenen Sets abspielen. Erst wenn du dort auf Play drückst, wird der Player von SoundCloud (SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin) geladen; dabei erhält SoundCloud technische Daten wie deine IP-Adresse und Browserinformationen und kann Cookies setzen. Vorher wird keine Verbindung zu SoundCloud aufgebaut. Rechtsgrundlage: deine Einwilligung durch das Drücken auf Play, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO und § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG. 8. SPEICHERUNG AUF DEINEM GERÄT
Die Website kann deinen Fortschritt bei den versteckten Zielen in deinem Browser speichern (localStorage) – aber nur, wenn du vorher zustimmst. Diese Daten verlassen dein Gerät nicht; du kannst sie jederzeit löschen, indem du die Websitedaten im Browser entfernst. Rechtsgrundlage: § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG und Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Schriften, Bilder und Modelle werden von unserer eigenen Domain geladen.

9. DEINE RECHTE
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch sowie das Recht, eine Einwilligung jederzeit zu widerrufen. Schreib uns dafür an info@rapsodica.eu. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, z. B. bei der Berliner Beauftragten für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.

2. Hosting: the site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested address, browser and device information) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement is in place.

3. Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. No cookies, no storage in your browser, no user profiles — only aggregated figures. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Bot protection: the newsletter form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which sends technical browser characteristics and your IP address to Cloudflare. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address and the time of sign-up and confirmation (double opt-in: you confirm through a link we email you). Emails are sent via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France; data processed in the EU; data processing agreement in place), which may record opens and link clicks. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to info@rapsodica.eu.

6. Email: messages to @rapsodica.eu addresses are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a Google mailbox (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin) and used only to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

7. Recorded sets: in the 3D room you can play our recorded sets at the DJ booth. The SoundCloud player (SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Berlin) is loaded only when you press play; SoundCloud then receives technical data such as your IP address and may set cookies. Nothing is sent to SoundCloud before that. Legal basis: your consent by pressing play, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG.

8. Your device: the site can save your progress on the hidden goals in your browser (localStorage), only if you agree first. This data never leaves your device. Fonts, images and models are loaded from our own domain.

9. Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent — write to info@rapsodica.eu. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, e.g. the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin).
